Ed Wingfield is the founder of Offload and a Colorado-based real estate advisor with over 15 years of experience helping owners sell distressed and complicated properties. He holds both a bachelor’s and a master’s degree and has spent more than a decade working directly with aging, outdated, and financially burdensome homes. Ed is known for his practical approach, clear communication, and ability to navigate complex sales with honesty and calm. When he’s not working with property owners, Ed enjoys spending time on the golf course and staying active in the Colorado community he serves.
